At Appleton Rack and Pinion we take great pride in our repair department.  In most cases we can repair and return your parts to you the same day if neccessary.  When sending back a repair please make sure you include your return information, the date you need it returned by, and a method of payment.  We except VISA and MASTERCARD or COD cashiers check or money order.  All parts will be returned to you using UPS.

Please note: If you would like an estimate on any parts being sent in for repair
PLEASE write that on your note.  If an estimate is not requested do NOT expect a call before repairs are done.  In order to do all repairs in a timely fashion we can only call with estimates if requested.
